Everythings resolved apparently

The problems surrounding the movie BOOM are not news for anybody connected with the movie trade. So used had the trade and distributors got to the various postponements around the movie that everybody decided to simply wait till the movie actually came out rather than react to the unending controversy surrounding the movie.
The situation was so bad with so many legal claims on the movie that probably it could never have been released. Payments to all those who had worked with the movie were pending. It was so grim that all stars except Gulshan Grover boycotted the movie party.
In addition to other creditors filing stay orders against the release, the last straw was Amitabh Bacchan filing a stay order against the release on Sep 3 for claiming the balance due to him.
Now off the records conversations indicate that Amitabh's claim has been settled and so have all other claims. The producers are claiming that now the movie is clear of all lien and they will release on the revised schedule on Sep 19.
If nothing nasty comes out of the cans then hopefully BOOM can be relased. We keep our fingers crossed on this one.
