In a recent conversation with Sujoy Ghosh (director & writer, Jhankaar Beats), he mentioned that Jhankaar Beats is a success and has recovered its costs. Furthermore, the flick has gained momentum as word spreads that the film is fresh and well done.
Ghosh has gotten the support of producers to direct their next movie, but hasn´t said yes to anything yet.
He just left for Great Britian for a vacation and possibly a British project! Lets see what happens...
