Aish´s Choker Bali May Not Go For National Award

A very unfortunate development has taken for Aishwarya Rai . Her performance in Rituparna Ghosh´s ´Choker Bali´ , may not be considered for the national awards.
According to sources , due to Aishwarya´s accident , the movie´s post production was getting delayed and so the director got Aishwarya´s voice dubbed by an artiste called , Shreela Mazumdar and according to the rules laid down , once an original artists voice is dubbed then his/her performance cannot be considered for national awards.
This is all the more unfortunate as those who have seen the rushes of Choker Bali , term Aishwarya Rai´s performance as brilliant.
