Exactly.. This is what I too think
Songs like "Yeh Dil Aur Unki" are not available video format. OSTs are available though...

I think a couple of films like Dil Ki Rahen (1973), Maa Ka Anchal (1971), etc. are lost as they're not available anywhere.

Were they on VHS tapes?

Apparently so - I picked up a copy of the book 40 Retakes by Avijit Ghosh last time I was in India, and in the book, the author states that he spoke to the director on the phone, who informed him that this, and one of this other films have been lost forever.
