Postives:

Vikram- he's a sincere actor...but the script fails him miserably...he deserves a much better movie
Vadivelu's comedy
Mumaith Khan aka meenakumari  the movie got so boring i was waiting for her song!

Negatives:

Susi Ganeshan can't a shoot a fight scene to save his life.
Horrondeous editing
Lack of freshness in style
Cinematography- ruined by the too much DI work and gimmicks
The whole movie looks like a 3hr trailer for Kandasamy
Background score
Music
Story
Script
Direction
Shreya
Ashish Vidyarathi-the overracting ass!

The story is mix of all Shankar movies. But it would've been a better film with some new style and energy. Overall I am very disappointed! I should've watched Magadheera for $15! :(

Magadheera is kick arse! Don't let it pass you by in the theaters. Not as enjoyable on our high quality indian home video :( I would gladly watch it again in the theaters for more than $15.

I'm disappointed to hear the music wasn't good. I haven't heard the album yet, but DSP is one of my fav musicians. :( This film was supposed to give him a strong foot in the Tamil industry, being a hyped Vikram film and all.

The music is disappointing. FYI, Yuvan, the Telugu version is called Mallanna.

I have to say that Kandhasamy (aptly renamed by my friends as Nondhusamy!) was one of the most disappointing Vikram films I've seen. And especially after all the hype that went with it.

The actual feeling I had when I came out of the cinema was the urge to slap the director (no, I'm not exaggerating) for making me wait so long and making me watch this *crap*.

I'm sorry if I offend anyone, but that's just how i feel.

There were some positives, but they were far outweighed by the negatives of the movie.

I hope Vikram's next movie is better

(on the other hand, i saw Bheema after Nondhusamy, and it was much better)

I started watching Bheema but never finished it...mainly because of the crappy story and narration. I'll finish watching it someday for Vikram, Trisha and the lovely songs...

Kandasamy, I was disappointed with the album until I watched the videos on youtube. Now I love the songs, especially Meow Meow  although the movie itself looks average based on Mumait Khan's video...
