Saw this yesterday, and this is a great little film. Similar to Khosla Ka Ghosla in structure and setting, this is a very unusual for a Yash Raj film - no songs (apart from a couple of background tracks), an underplayed romantic angle. It is a fairly long film (around 2 hours 40), but is actually one of those films that doesn't feel it at all. Our good friend Mr Adarsh has said that this is a disappointing documentary about a salesman, needless to say he's talking out of his backside. Ranbir Kapoor is very good in the title role, and the supporting cast (who are largely unknown) fit their roles really well. I've heard that this has opened very poorly, I hope it picks up - definitely worth a watch, and possibly the only film this year that I'll consider going to the cinema to watch again.

This is actually a good movie, and will become one of those films(ie. gung ho & Wall Street) that will often get referenced to in business schools under the discussion of "theory Y" management style. I had actually avoided to see the film, since the promos gave me the impression that it's all about pro-capitalism India, but this film has more to offer than my initial expectations.

This is by far, my favourite Shimit Amin film, though I have liked Aa Tak Chhappan & Chak De! India moreso now than initially. ATK, however, the weakest of the three, with the latter two, Shimit Amin has finally shown us a Bollywood protagonist inside a Bollywood world(sans the songs) with the ability to reason and be rational.

i blame Yash Chopra and Aditya Chopra for the poor promotion of the film, which resulted in people not going anywhere near the theatres

they intentionally jeopardized the promotion in favour of their forthcoming PYAAR IMPOSSIBLE starring Uday Chopra

I Loved It! Very well-etched out characters and scenes for a simply told story. Not a surprise Indian audiences didn't like it though. It's very unusual for them. I took my very young girls, who are so used to a diet of over-the-top song and dance, that they got bored 10 minutes into it. The film requires you to pay attention to its subtleties, just like you would at your own offices and work environments.

**SPOILERS AHEAD**

I will say that I don't agree with all of Mr Bedi's decisions and he wasn't as ethically guided as his mind wanted him to believe. But the film did a great job making sure he learnt his lesson. The happy ending was a cop out, but I'm happy it was so, cause otherwise I would have left the cinema feeling depressed.
