Hmmm! I recall seeing it advertized on TV, where Dara Singh and Jeet Singh, both were featured.

July 7 was a Sunday in 1974, 1985, 1991 and 1996. It can't be 1991 or 1996 as ticket could not be just $ 4. Perhaps, not even 1985 as ticket sure must have been $ 30-100 range in mid 1980s. So, it must be 1974. Slight chance (< 1 %), it could be 1985.

It must be 1974, if the article below is correct. The flyer above shows Danny Lynch.

Singh would return to Canada a few more times over his lifetime, including "World Cup of Wrestling" shows in Toronto in 1974 and 1979, where he headlined against Danny Lynch ('74) and Brute Bernard ('79).

I think you meant Akbar Khan's Tajmahal starring Sonya Jahan ?? This film seems to be under strict control of the producers. As the film released theatrically and did not do well, Akbar Khan felt that the distributors did not give this, very expensive, film a proper release and he recalled all the prints, for the film to be re-released properly at a later date.

About Kamal Hasan film, I think you are talking of Dashavtar ?? Not sure if this DVD released officially, but I sure have seen it on DVD, legit or pirate ??
