I have MP3, but I want original CD. I need to send this to some people here in USA for review. I have VCD and worst case I will send them VCD, but they specifically wanted original CD. Please see if you can find it.

A sequel that is not a sequel
IndiaGlitz [Saturday, December 17, 2005]

Nagarjuna and Ram Gopal Varma’s association started way back in the late 80s with Shiva.

It was a film that set off a huge trend. Almost a cult classic, Shiva set the tone for the kind of action thrillers that are at once realistic and stylistic. In fact, it was on the sets of Shiva that Nagarjuna’s real life romance with Amala started that they eventually ended up marrying each other.

Varma in fact evolved his own idiom from that film. Now we have numerous clones and seen numerous other films in that genre. But Shiva remains still etched in our memory.

At a time when every hit film has the possibility of a sequel, it is only natural that they are planning a sequel for Shiva.

But the problem is none of those associated with that film are spring chickens any more. So the storyline is to be structured in such a manner that you will not find it difficult to accept.

Shiva 2006, the tentative name of the sequel, may have Nagarjuna playing the cop.

Ilayaraja will once again provide the tunes.

Other details of the movie are being finalized.

it won’t be the same w/out raghuvaran

he was the best part abt shiva imo

ramu needs to do a prequel, and just focus on the rise of bhavani’s character (just like d and company)

who would they cast? for a prequel? Nagarjuna looks young, but not THAT young. I would love to see Raghuvaran again! Randeep might be a good choice for Nagarjuna, but then Shiva aint Shiva without Nagarjuna! As good as the movie is, Nagarjuna's presence made it the hit it is..coupled with a hit/memorable album!

I dunno dude, it would be impossible to find someone who could play a young raghuvaran

his performance as bhavani was classic! I doubt any of the youngsters could pull it off

but I agree ramu must work w/ raghuvaran again
