I'm not a die hard fan of any team these days. I'm just "against" particular players. Like the way you were against Malone, same way I'm against Shaq..though the rest of his Miami team IMO are worthy at a title shot.

I think Malone had a great career, he should've ended it in Utah! No need for a ring. It's not like he would've truly earned it, had he won it with the Lakers. Even though he played well for an old fart, it's still not his team.

The pistons better win tonite or it's pretty much over. If they get down 3-1 they will have no chance to win the series. The spurs better hope that Ginobili's leg is allright. If Ginobili and Parker have good games, the spurs are almost impossible to stop!!

prior to game 2, Ben Wallace predicted "Ginobili isn't going to get more boards than me(ben) again AND Duncan isn't going to score more than Rasheed again" looks like they did both in game 2.

I just wanted to say I Pity Da Fool dat don't buy season 01 dvd set (great quality, with great extras!) and catch up to season 02 must see!! intelligent film-making!

I was/am not a big TV fan ( i dont even have a TV ) but off late i am getting myself into some TV stuff and LOST is def at the top of my list , hopefully i can "still" grab it from somewhere for cheap .

I too hardly watch TV these days, with Arrested Development and 24 being the only ones I watch religiously. Lost has been getting great reviews both critically and from the audience, so I'm glad when a quality show is popular. I saw a couple of episodes and they were very good, but I didn't want to start watching mid-season.

Dvdisoil, you are not missing much, living without a TV.

I know that’s why i just "retired" my TV after i got the InFocus projector , when i had cable all i did was watch FOX news - yeah , that was pretty entertaining stuff !

You could be watching LOST on your HD-'EDTV' - 1.78:1, LOST is better than ANY american movie I've seen since Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, including many older films on DVD!!

One suggestion, I hope you'll guy follow to your own benefit/enjoyment:

1) Buy the DVD set - It is SO worth it. 7 Discs! $38.99shipped @ amazon. maybe other places have em cheaper. that's $5.57 per disc. I don't know how the rental shops charge, I think per disc??

2) Watch ONLY 1 episode per night, so that you may experience the suspense that I've experienced not only that, it'll give you a chance to think about the episode. the pilot is 2 episodes, so you can watch the first 2 in one night after you watch each episode, go to tv.com and read 'facts' or 'trivia' about that episode.

3) When you finish Season 01, either d/l Season 02 episodes to catch up to the rest of the LOST cult, or PM me for Season 02 eps, I'll upload them somewhere.

4) When you are all caught up with our LOST cult, PM me, and I will PM you some LOST related links. It contains information you might not have noticed whilst watching the eps. It may contain spoilers to Season 01 and Aired Season 02 eps you might not have seen.

Audio commentary on the dvd is excellent. as you can see I'm 'addicted'. it's not just a TV show for the audience, it's an adventure!! I keep thankin my neighbor every week there is a really good episode. I keep thanking him because he played the LOST pilot for me on his TiVO. He asked if I'd seen LOST, I said "NO, and I don't want to watch it mid season either". But he had all but a few episodes on his tivo. either way, after I watched the pilot, I came home and d/l ALL THE episodes, cause I couldn't wait! lol There are only a couple of episodes that didn't creep me out or blow me away

LOST won best show (drama) at the Emmy's - Something for ya'll to ponder about.

Over the weekend i purchased ( impulsive ) LOST season 1 and boy was i amazed - first off this is the best looking DVD i have seen in a while and the sound is superb . Both my DVD Player ( OPPO ) and Projector must be in quality heaven playing this for me - i suggest folks get this to at least "show-off" your Home Theater setup , simply eye/ear popping .

Next the show - its def good and got me interested ( saw Pilot 1 , 2 , Episode 1 and 2 non-stop, had to stop because it was getting late !) , i am looking forward to finishing it in about 2 weeks - exciting stuff it think, def got me hooked !

you're a good sport dvdisoil glad there is one more zulmi hooked onto lost. is it a bit early for me to claiming that you are an addict? NOPE!! this show only gets BETTER!! Pilot = nothing! I was a bit dissapointed (I had really HIGH expectations) with the Finale! but many people loved it. I thought it was a bit predictable..but Season 02 premiere made up for every bit of it!!

btw, after you watch like the first 5 episodes, go to tv.com (used to be tvtome.com till tv.com bought them out) and check out the episode analasys/trivia!! you'll love it, or your money back! (I can make such false promises, since I know you'll love it, and I won't have to keep to my money back policy)

It's time for a new episode tonite. We find out what happens to the guys on the raft!!
