Watching this clip, and more importantly here, listening to what Kjo says(@ 8:45 to its end). I find it baffling that Karan Johar admits to making My Name Is Khan only to answer to 6 people he met that had a wrongful view on Muslim people. After having seen MNIK, it's frustrating for me to truly understand what his intentions were in My Name Is Khan? The film feels more like a boy trying to do a man's job. His answers to this conflict is like a grade school paper with just "Yes" or "No" options. On the scale of that this film was made in, Johar should have put ALOT more thought into it.
