Ajay-Aishwarya´s ´Prithviraj-Samyukta´ Postponed Indefinately

Raj Kumar Santoshi´s much talked about historical project ´Prithviraj-Samyukta´ , starring Ajay Devgan and Aishwarya Rai has been postponed indefinately .

According to Santoshi himself , " I am working on the project and I guess I´ll make that someday ." For now he is busy with the Akshay-Amitabh starrer ´Family´ , which is 50 percent ready and after that he will move on to his next ´Samna´ which as Santoshi says " is a hard-hitting , intense soul searching exercise with a social conscience ."

Now the inside story . According to our Bombay based sources , no producer was willing to back the 25 crore to 30 crore project , something that Santoshi accepted reluctantly , " yes , the finances for a historical are daunting . Let us see when it happens , for now Aishwarya and Ajay are doing another film (´Samna´) for me ."
