Believe it or faint, Dev Anand had sent his box-office disaster, Love At Times Square, for the National Award this year! As if making such a film wasn’t bad enough, the actor-producer-director had the guts to enter the film for a National Award. Pity the jury members! And yes, just for the records, the film did not bag the National Award for The Best Film, or even for the Best Film providing wholesome entertainment. Unfortunately, there’s no National Award for the worst film.
