In a chit chat with my friends, a discussion started recently, about this event, that I remember very well but none could recall which film or writer was it for:

It was for a 1980s or 1990s film that as the film climax was being shot, the writer was dying too. The writer wrote the climax scene (completing the film) from his death bed.

I think it was Inder Raj Annand (Died March 1987) writing Shahenshah ?? Is Tinnu Annand (Producer Director: Shahenshah) Inder Raj's son ?? Shahenshah was released Jan 1988.

Others said, it was some Raj Kapoor Film, Raj Kapoor-Khwaja Ahmed Abbas combo ??

Any one recall this news ??

There's trivia bit on Shahenshah on imdb that says "Inder Raj Anand wrote the climax of the film in his deathbed."
