Apollo should be crash landed, absolutely trash. They may not be pirates but their DVD's are worse. Their recent release of O.P.Ralhan's Talash from 1970 (Rajendra Kumar,Helen & Sharmila) Original 180 minutes version reduced to 145 minutes
from a print they probably found in a trash can. These thugs only want to dupe unsuspecting buyer's, so be warned.

mean no disrespect; but apollo should not be topic of conversation. it's like complementing them.

never liked their VHS print. and i am far from even trying DVD print. they are not worth a red cent.

Sorry shuman, my posting was not meant to give credence to their sloppy attempts at their dvd authorings, but to create an awareness that bastards like these with greed in their minds and with total disregard for consumers' satisfaction can get away with sub-standard products. The mere thought that i fell prey to their scheme pisses me off. So far their bold attempts at unloading such inferior quality dvds to gullible people like myself is successful. I ask you, shouldn't they be stopped?. By allowing them to continue peddling their crap is an all out assault on our wanton needs to fulfill our addiction. To remain silent is a greater atrocity.

As far as I know there DVD's have been good (Long Da Lishkara) Punjabi(Sarpanch) Punjabi also they are very cheap so you only get what you pay for but that is not case with eros they rip u off there Main Hoon Na was worse then a copy and it cost around £18.00 when the copy print could have been brought as little as £3.00 -£5.00 I'am sure it would have been better.

That is one rough looking DVD. I also bought it and regretted it as I was really wanting to see Footpath. It was out of focus throughout and I have never seen such a bad image. To make matters worse I ended up buying tickets to see Footpath at the National Film Theatre in London (they were doing a season of Dilip Kumar movies). After seeing a prestine screening of Madhumati I was really annoyed to find that the NFT screened the DVD version of Footpath. Imagine how much worse it looked on a cinema screen! I ended up walking out and getting a refund ...
