I having been searching for Charulata DVD (film by Satyajit Ray) and came across this site: http://www.vicpine.co.uk/index.html

Apparently they make copies of hard-to-find films and create DVDs for you. Charulata is selling for £15 + £1 P & P:

I'd like to know if anyone has used these guys at all and how they rate the DVD quality?

interesting, i wonder how they handle copyright issues though. I wouldn't mind buying if they have criterion kind of quality

It looks like I won't have to bother to find out as I have just seen the official version listed on Play.com:
