Along with the acknowledgement of my order, IW asked me to inform all zulmis about their move to a new bigger facility.

Here is the e-mail that I received from them:

Dear Rana

Can you please paste on Zulm Forum.

Due to expanded business and for better facility, we have moved to a new and bigger location on Oct 10,2003 and all moving will complete on Oct 14,2003. As such shipments of our customers orders will be delayed for 4 days. However, it is our endeavour to ship the orders as soon as possible.

We sincerely apologize for this inconveniences and expect your understanding and yearlong usual coopeartion.

It appears they have already moved. I think even a brief notice about their relocation to zulm.net and regular customers would have been nice. I returned faulty dvds to their existing/normal address only to get this circular reply saying they have moved!
