IW Shipping and Handling Policy is showing handling charge of $3.99 for UK orders.

But as I try to process the order $9.99 is being added!

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Well they have rectified the handling charge problem, but their service don't appear to be any good for the last few weeeks for some reason. It might be just me, but they have more or less stopped responding to my emails.

Is it just me? Does anyone know whats going on, or have had trouble lately with IW service?

I have been having the same problem from the past three weeks. SEnt back two defective dvds and I am yet to receive a refund or replacement. No response to emails either. I know I will eventually get back the money but this kind of service is unforgiving.

U LOT MIGHT BE BETTER TRYING THIS WEB PAGE

http://www.panindia.com/service/

THEN FILL OUT A FORM HERE....AS THE SITE SAYS:.........Please note that the fastest way to get our customer service to reply to your query is by filling out and submitting the following form (Faster compared to emails sent to service@indiaweekly.com or phone messages left).

I have never had any problems with indiaweekly.com. This is the first time this is happening. I filled up their web form with my query. I do not email them directly ever. Always go through their web form. I followed your link and submitted my query again. lets see what happens this time.

I dont think anything much is going to happen, unfortunately ....

As I have sent numerous emails through their service weblink as well as through my explorer... Even set up a new hotmail account in case there was a server problem... And left telephone messages.... But they just wont reply to emails regarding refunds.... I was beginning to think they developed a personal dislike to me as I was asking for too many price matches :D

But I did get one email in the last 3 weeks saying that everything is normal and I should email them as normal.... Bit of tease!! :D

I hope they sort this problem, as they did had a good service, a large range of dvds, and competitive prices through their policy of price match...

Add me to the list of customers who always asks for price matches. Why should'nt we? Is that not one of the reasons we shop with them.

Well, it is true that they are very slow in responding to emails lately and as I was informed Afzal is now based in Texas. Seems they are in the process of opening an other oulet over there :D

Well I got an instant reply to a general query submitted by me using a different name. It appears they are receiving emails as normal but practically REFUSING to process RETURNS and PRICE MATCHES...

After weeks, IW has finally responded to my refund problem. Maybe they have PR reps on this site that got the matter resolved! :D Crazydvdbuyer, I hope they sort out your refund or replacement too! :D

But its too early to say whether this spell of faulty service was a one-off or if it will continue. I hope not!

I just got an email from Indiaweekly and they have refunded back the money for the defective dvds. Back in action again, I suppose.
