Is there any online retailer that would assure their customer a custom free package?

I never had so much custom charge as i am having recently. Thanks to my retailer, they have been considerate and paying for the custom charges.

Some online retailers just cut and paste the invoice on the parcel, so that custom officers can apply charge custom without any work.

Others are nice enough to indicate package as Gift to avoid any custom charge to their customers.
Despite that now-a-days, All parcels with DVDs seem to be getting custom charge regardless of their value. Why the beep it's happening? :angry:

Can anyone guess?
