Sorry for losing track of this thread, viewtopic.php?t=7636

...I've managed to find all my Indian DVD which can seen in these photos snaps;

..they are a few genuine DEI/Eros and other DEi DVDs in there which I've originally brought when they first came out.

I’ve not checked any of the disks, so anyone interested let me know here or by PM and I’ll check the conditions of the disks.

If anyone wants screen shots from any of these DVDs let me know and I’ll do my best to get them.

All DVDs in the pics are open to offers, any p&p you pay for.

Ali
Ps if anyone is wondering why Jaanbaaz is full facing.. it’s the only DVD with the title not on the sleeve!

dibs??? :? (American slang for something I'm missing? )

BMCM is Video Sound copy and I'm pretty sure it's not progressive - only the Super Digital DVD was progressive but unfortunately I don't have that copy anymore.

Ali,

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dibs

Quote:
Dibs (also known as bags, bagsy, bagsie or shotgun) is a common convention used primarily in the U.S. and U.K. by friends or siblings to reserve or declare full or partial ownership of a community resource, such as a chair or communal food. As an example, when deciding who gets prime seating in front of a television, if there is one chair that is particularly desirable, an interested party can call "dibs" on that chair; as long as no one has previously called the chair, then it is agreed that the caller is entitled to sit there.

Ali, man, you certainly have some stuff there that I want. Now, then, ...how much? Don't screw with me, now — lol: I know that Mohabbatein won't be the same price as Style, but just give me an idea as to the cost of the "average DVD." I'm making out my list right now of the titles I want, but that price...it's definitely affect the number of items present on the final draft of that list — 8) !

Right! Bagsy I understand

Satya & Daud I'll hang on for you Yuvan, let me know. £15 for Satya and £12 for Daud. Post to USA is anything between £9 to £16 (possibly cheaper depending on weight and size)- check http://www.royalmail.com for prices (International Signed).

Arsh & Commando303 I've sent PMs to.

Ali

yeah, with shipping it would've been $70+USD  nearly quarter downpayment on the HD-DVD Player :P

I just checked my copy of Daud. It looks legit, except there are no DEI/EROS ads before the main menu. but there is an ad for "DV" or "Digital Video" and is 3.85gb according to MyComputer. Can you please confirm if there are ads for DEI/EROS before the main menu, and also the total data size, if you don't mind.

can't find my Satya disc atm. will post here when I do.

Thanks much

Actually, a lot of those DVDs a damned near impossible to find, now; of course, many of them are DEI, and so, if they still work, they offer excellent image and sound quality. They may end up costing a bit more, but it might just be worth it.

(Here's to hoping that they don't cost too much more, though.)
