You can add to the cart with out purchasing (checkout). It will keep them in the database. The only issue is when you want to checkout (at later time), if you want to only order certain items, then you will have to remove the unwanted one (which is still on your wish list) and add them back again.

We will see if we can add WishList in the current version. Meanwhile you can use this work-around (always there is a way to hack!)
