Am going to be in London in Dec and just wanted to know of the places where I can buy indian Dvds / vcds which will work when I come back to the States. ie be both PAL and NTSC compatible.

Hi
I dont think you should buy dvds from london cos they would be way cheaper in the states. Most hindi films are encoded in NTSC. There are shops down Green Street in east london or Ealing Road in west london. Tip Top Video is a pretty big shop. I think they have a website.
