You should PM Sunny on this, he will most probably be able to help you with this. Regarding others not being able to use an already existing master, is something that I am sure is already legally protected and no BDA rules are needed for this. Although, legal protection is one thing while practically preventing this from happening is another matter altogether. Even then, I am sure 'invisible' watermarks can be used to detect any illegal copying. But in the end, even if another licensee were to use a company's master, there is only a notional loss to the original company not a REAL loss. Thus, to make paying customers suffer 'visible' watermarks just for the sake of preventing the possibility of this 'notional' loss, is rather silly and counter productive.
