Are Blu-ray players widely available in India? How much do they cost? What region are they?

Location: National Capital Region (India)
Blu-ray players are available from several companies. Average price is around Rs. 25,000 and they are all 'Region C' for Blu-ray and 'Region 5' for DVD. The cheapest and probably best option is the Sony PS3 which retails for Rs. 19,900/-

Thanks, Sanjay. A friend of mine's visiting India, so I thought maybe I could get a cheap player over there. But if they're region C and region 5 and that expensive, its not worth it.
