Just throw an e-mail to sales@ayngaran.com - with subject line as "Blu-Ray Comments"

If many people want a certain film on blu-ray - ayngaran will listen.

Perannmai should be out within the next two weeks.

Boys and Ghili are scrapped for the moment. I have other "paid" projects which take priority for now.

Sunny - Is there a remote possibility you could approach Moeser Baer for BD authoring supervision?

Always the Thirsty goes to the Well, but sometimes Well also goes to Thirsty...!

If you can kindly approach, it will be like helping the consumers. They have done really a pathetic job. Words can't describe that.

How can they even think of fitting a 3 hour Indian movie in 14 GB. Some Holly Studios sometimes find even 50 GB BD insufficient & their movies are generally shorter in duration.

Seems to be like moserbaer is joking. Don't know who gave them the idea to author Blu-Rays? If I find that person...

This is the email I received from MB. Bold decision by MB. Kudos to them.

@sunny - There is a lot of buzz about this in bluray.com forum and lot of people are recommending you.

"Thank you for writing to us and we regret for the inconvenience caused due to the quality issue of Moserbaer Blu Ray. We have indentified the technical problem and have stopped selling Blu Ray till further communications by us.

We have also withdrawn all the stocks from the Market and customers are been refunded at the point of sale if any purchases done.

We once again regret the inconvenience you were subjected to.

Thanks

Anuja"

Waxy issue is just bad encoding spec and poor D5 source.

Dear Sunny,

I know you have stated sometime ago that you will not be taking Anniyan BD project. Correct me if im wrong tho.

But i think many of us would like to see the film goes on BD. Few more like , Boys, Dhool, Varanam Ayiram, Dasavatharam, Guru, E20U18 to go on blu-ray.

Or , make a A R Rahman Ultimate BD Song blu-ray , which adds merrier to the collection..

Cheerio

@Sunny - Did you supervise Peranmai authoring. If yes, I am going to do a blind buy otherwise wait for the review.

Any other BDs from Ayngaran for Q2.

I supervised Peranmai BD. I should caution you that the film is not for everyone.

@Sunny - I am not buying this BD becuase i am a fan of this movie , but doing my part of voting with my valet for a quality product. Hopefully, this will motivate Ayngaran to release more of the quality Tamil movies.
