who knows anything about DVD-R? i want to know since i'm hoping DVD writers will be coming down in price soon.

are the majority of pirate discs only single layer? (i ask this since my kkhh pirate dvd has crap video, and i figure it's so bad because they had to squeeze the movie onto one layer)

any comments at all would be appreciated.
