I just saw this last night on dvd. I was stunned by the poorness of the dvd. The film was blatantly cut to shreds and it was so obvious. What did they have to gain by cutting it? Were they too lazy to transfer it?. They were too lazy doing the whole dvd. You can understand why english dvds are cut cos of violence and sex and whatever but an Indian movie? From start to finish, all you could see was grains and scratches and tears.

I might has well have been watching a blank screen. The film isnt that old. I can think of many older films with a better transfer. I cannot believe these people.

I have seen about 6 YRF dvds and none of them are up to scratch. Even mohabbatein had a crap picture when u consider the fact that it was a brand new movie and they took ages making it. Dil to pagal hai KKHH DDLJ all crap.
These guys should pack up their bags and give DEI the rights to make their movies. Even eros are better.

I bet they bought the rights to the film for a short duration (5 years or so), if they spend small money producing the DVD they will make more profit + I think after their rights have expired, they will still produce the DVds and make money as illigimate producer of DVDs.

Its only a possibility not reality ( AS IF )
