Cool. Anyone got this on DVD? Any screenshots?

Another one to add to the list - Jahan Pyar Mile starring Hema Malini and Shashi Kapoor. This film was directed by Lekh Tandon. I have been looking for the DVD - no luck so far.

Some of the film's songs are on youtube so i was surprised that there is no DVD of this movie. I am sure it was a hit (at least the songs were):

A DVD by Apollo was available - I haven't seen the DVD but remember the film from the VHS days.



Apollo DVD is probably just as good as a VHS. I think that this was the only version available.

Ishq Par Zor Nahin was great! Shame that the DVD was horrible with lots of cuts during my fave song Bairagi Bawara.

Ishq Par Zor Nahin: One of the web listings listed it under EROS label. Never materialized.

Intaqam DVD: Not great but OK for me if it's similar in quality to Appolo IPZN DVD. Intaqam VHS that I got is extremely poor PQ, much worst than IPZN VHS.

Tid Bit, Did you know that Ramesh Saigal's (Producer, Director, Writer) Ishq Par Zor Nahin is a remake of his own previous film Shola Aur Shabnam (Dharminder, Tarla). Both films had excellent music. Ramesh Sigal thought that the film flopped because of B/W, when color films strated coming in, and because of lack of glamour. He remade it with more sellable stars and crew & on lavish scale. Still IPZN did not hit the bull's eye. I liked both films but IPZN was definitely lot better and deserved to be a hit. IMHO, in IPZN Sadhna looks the prettiest among all her films.
