I have it. As near as I can tell the T-Series DVD was made from the same VHS source as was the Indus VCD, an example from which is shown here (unless that's a capture from the VHS tape):

The whites are all blown out and, as you said, no subs at all. In addition, because they used the 25fps VHS tape as a source for the NTSC DVD they, as usual, just ran it through a cheap standards converter box and the whole thing is field-blended PAL2NTSC interlaced garbage. I got it for the remarkable Helen/Vyjayanthimala dance-off (although I'd like to watch the movie sometime but, not understanding the language, will have to have it subtitled first). For uploading the song I improved the video, removed the small red T-Series logo, and asked a friend to sub it. The results can be seen here on a friend's channel:

I am getting the dvd from www.realcinemas.org and for the same reason as yours
"for the remarkable Helen/Vyjayanthimala dance-off "
Personally I think that Helen did a better performance on this dance and that is why I want to watch it again-Both of them also did a dance off in Prince but Helen did better in Dr Vidya.
