I had the BABA version, and recently purchased the SHEMAROO brand in the hope of an improvement in print. Unfortunately, on this occassion, Shemaroo is as bad as Baba, and re-investing in the later brand is not recommended!

Can you please check the Shemaroo version - whether it's single layered OR dual layered? And the total size of the files on the dvd?

Thanks in advance.

Interesting question! :D How can I tell if a DVD is single or dual layer by just looking at it? Tell me what do I have to do in baby language....

I think I might be able to establish this by analysing the DVD in DVD Decrypter.

Size is 4, 409 MB.

DVD Decrypter did not say (literally) anywhere whether its SINGLE or DUAL LAYER disc.

4,409 MB i.e. 4.4 GB, then Single Layer. Shemaroo has lots of DVDs of old films on SL discs.

Vijay, it does say DVD-9 on the back cover. Doesn't that mean its Dual Layer?
