Karmyogi, a big hit from late 70's. A run of the mill fare, story of two brothers Raaj Kumar & Jeetandra, one good the other evil, Mala is the mom who disowns both her husband & son (both roles played by Raaj Kumar). At the time of it's release known for turmoil and clashes between Mala, Raaj & Jeetandra. Mala & Jeetandra accused Raaj of forcing movie's director to reshoot & cut several of Mala's & Jeetandra's scences.

With all it's flaws movie does have some good moments bewteen Mala, Raaj & Jeetandra (three main leads) other including Reena Roy and Rekha appear really inferior in front of the three main leads.

Not worth for $9.99 maybe 4.99

trivia:movies director had directed both Neel Kamal & Kaazal.

For Rana who likes seeing heroines do cabaret dances :D The very fat Rekha of the 1970s does some of her silliest cabarets in KARMAYOGI wearing skimpy outfits

The movie was actually remade in Hindi with very few changes retaining most of the cast
