I had called Jaspreet regarding the replacement dvds that she had sent me. These news discs are 100% gold media :-), she did admit that the previous media they used were crappy and henceforth will only use 100% Gold discs.

This might be my one and only Indian DVD purchase of this year if they don't screw this up. I'll only get it if the print is good and it's the full uncut version of movie. Not exactly full of confidence looking at their recent release of Narsimha DVD;

How come IW still have no stock of Himmetwala? And, is this Jeetendra/Sridevi's Himmetwala with lots of pots and pans in the background? :D

The "Kalsa" song is in Tohfa. "Nainon Mein Sapna" in Himmetwala. Both songs, plus many others of that time, have Jeetendra and Sridevi surrounded by "matkes" whilst they do their "jhatkes"!

I am still looking for that song that have Jeetendra and Sridevi surrounded by thousand of bananas whilst they do intimate scenes. Not sure if it was meant to be suggestive? The film had Dilip Kumar in pivotal role.

I remember only one movie with Dilip Kumar, Jeetendra and Sridevi together - Dharam Adhikari (1986).
