i bought dvd of DALEEZ released by YRF from IW . The dvd i get had freezing problem . i wrote to IW they told me I can return the dvd they will refund my charges . but i ask them to replace , they told me if i want to replacement it would me my own risk , but i ask them to replece it any way. they send me another copy , the disc i received have same problem. i wrote to YRF. regarding this matter. Here is their reply
