Pyramid has put out a DVD of Mani Ratnam's "Nayakan," but I refuse to even rent it. Does Ayngaran plan to release it? Sunny said that they were looking to buy the rights to some of MR's other films.

Do not get the pyramid version it is bloody awful quality!

I spoke to Ayngaran about this disc and they state that they will release it under thier label, but are trying to find a decent 35mm print. The one at prasad labs have burnt in English Subtitles and Ratnam himself has a version which is damaged. Ayngaran want to find one that has no subtitles and that is of good quality. The disc quality of this title should be good as it will be done by themselves at thier new labs in London (once it opens!!).

Hi! sunny! I herd this movie is GOOD to watch! does it have subtitles!!?
