Hi,

Has anyone seen this DVD release by Ayngaran? I received it today, it says that the sound is presented in DTS? Also, is the picture aspect ratio in 4:3?

Strange.... Anyone??? :(

sound is great!! but DD 5.1, does not have DTS track!

Sadly the DVD is not presented in DTS sound, some prick in the art deparment printed the DTS logo instead of the Dolby Digital Logo on this disc (and on Mudhalavan DVD too!). But rest assured that Ayngaran WILL do DTS in the future.

The DVD is presented in Dolby Digital 5.1 in an aspect ratio of 1.85:1 (non-anamorphic widescreen). Late next year this DVD will re-release in a special edtion which will include a brand new anamorphic transfer, some supplements and if all works out a DTS soundtrack might be on the disc instead of a Dolby Digital 5.1 track.

??? Sad, as I have heard a lot about this flick! No less, as this is a 'Sense and Sensibility' rip off!!!
