I think RAAZ was more a 1965/66 release....for sure it was released before AURAT...

According to my information, Chetan Anand's Aakhri Khat was Rajesh Khanna's first film, released in 1966. Raaz, Aurat, and Baharon Ke Sapne, were all released in 1967 (most likely in that order).
