Bad news. I was watching AVS this past weekend and an ad for the Pinjar DVD came on. It now looks like Eros is putting it out this week.

any idea when itll release? ive been waiting for this one like CRAZY! for those of you who haven't seen the movie, its the best movie of 2003 imo.

Purchased 2in1 of PINJAR and JANASHEEN for £5 (= $8). The print of both films was excellent and no freezing problems. Pinjar is an excellent film.

i rented it today its in a cardbord case similar to DDLJ and the cover looks good and it also has a booklet. it is a one disk and it says on the cover extended uncut version will tell you how it is after i watch it tonight.

the colour is good and the sound is also good there are no special features besides coming/available attractions. Also there are no eros logos on the movie so far this is one of the better eros dvds out after they split with dei

Izzy, the screen shots I took from the 2in1 have menu shots (click here) can you tell me if they match your origina DVD? Reason I ask is because the shots I took, in some of them there is the ERO$ logo. Other than the subtitles being blue I have a feeling its the same DVD.

The 2in1 used their own main menu I guess because the original DVD might can references to Special Features ???

I rented the Pinjar (eros) dvd today and it had Eros logo in some of the scenes.

i must have missed the logo some how but on the original there wasnt that much pixalization occuring and the print was a little bit better with better colour but i have a DVI DVD player so that makes a huge difference in the pic quality than from a normal dvd player

The 2in1 shows pixelation because of two movies on one DVD....sorry if I didnt clearly state that :ohyeh: The original would show that ...

Hi IZZY or anyone else with the legitmate Eros DVD of Pinjar, what is added to make this an Extended Cut(as it states on the sticker on the DVD front cover)? More scenes, more controversy?? Nudity???

its garenteed there woudnt be any xxx stuff but when i saw it in the i max it is exactly the same in running time (not including intermission) and there were no censored words in it either
