I was wondering if most of us still don't care whether it's a Progressive or Interlaced NTSC DVD??

Note that future is digital TVs and Progressive Scan DVD players are being advertized (Radio Shack) as low as $ 79 Cdn (that's $ 50 US or 30 UK pounds).
