Hi,
Aishwarya was here in Locarno yesterday and I sat 2m away for the whole press conference. Of course I shot pics like a madman.
:laugh:
She's... one of a kind.
:p
Can't say I liked her film Chokher Bali much, though.
It's 167 minutes of somewhat boring Indian art house that drags
on forever and will be a very hard sell to Indians and others alike despite Aishwarya playing a rather uninhibited siren here. For
Tagore fans only, I'm afraid. The film lacks life and punch.

Unfortunately I think Rituporno Ghosh is straying away from making the sort of films he makes best, and going for more Bollywood actors and actresses, and compromising the quality of his work at the same time. Apparently his Shubho Mahurat with Rakhee, Sharmila Taore and Nandita Das wasn't that good either.....
