So not looking forward to:
1. Their ugly and obnoxious logo watermark
2. Incorrect aspect ratio
3. Oh never mind .....

I just love the movie too much to keep me away from this. How I wish, this were released on a good quality BD.

Watched the DVD on Saturday, and it was fun to watch.

If there is a BD of this moving coming out it will be by Shemaroo as Ishqiya was a Shemaroo Films production. Unless Shemaroo sells the BD rights..

My DVD :D

Image

there are some errors in the subtitles. Missing part and whole sentences next to the usual grammar mistakes

they already are evil

look at their recent releases old and new, all are f'd up thanks to that shitty watermark

earlier it was smaller and more transparent but now its bloody unbearable, bigger and more distractingly visible

Surely the watermark will get bigger for Blu-ray? Just to make sure you can see it?!?

So how is the DVD PQ/AQ? Is it an Anamorphic Widescreen. Its strange that we are in 2010 and in the age of BD's and I still need to ask if a new movie is rendered in anamorphic w/s since I dont trust Shemaroo !!

Warning!! Don't buy Shemaroo shit edition of Ishqiya

Anamorphic? It says so on the cover but beware of the Shemaroo SHIT pressing and that NASTY logo. My copy was unplayable, bad disc told most of my players, finally one handled about an hour before giving up the hard work. I've no idea what happened - the money, the boss, who got the widow?
The film was great though and the notable talent involved, Shah, Warsi, Balan, director Chaubey and Vishal Bhardway deserves much better than the hacks at Shemaroo.

The watermark was beyond tolerable. It's just not acceptable .... it's GIGANTIC and almost
non-transparent. I do hope the JERK responsible at Shemaroo get fired Pronto.
Moserbaer and other indian DVD companys releases got watermarks - but small transparent ones, that's maybe tolerable regarding the low prices.

The last year i've had no problem with a single Moserbaer or other new indian dvd releases (good picture quality compaired to the old horror Eros one's with bleeding colors and freezing etc.) - with the exception of Shemaroo. Often weird marks on discs due to sloppy handling at factory (no, not used re-sealed ones, i know them after using IW), freezing or unpayable disc.

Pfuii....had to write off some anger there. I will avoid any Shemaroo release in the future. Someone asked for them to release Blue Rays, no no no, that would be like giving stone age people the keys to a nuclear plant

most shemaroo discs from recent times dont play, freeze, f' up very often

i got DANCE DANCE, DO AANKHEN BARAH HAATH, KASAM PAIDA KARNE WALE KI, YEH VAADA RAHA, KHUBSOORAT and loads more titles recently which either dont play or stop working after some time

as for that watermark, its just unbearable

the idiots at Shemaroo, i sent them so many emails, they dont even respond properly

even BIG Home Video has the same issue, loads of their discs stop working after some time, e.g. SINGH IS KING, ROCK ON, GHAJINI, PAA

all these indian companies are just totally f'd up
