I know this has already been a topic before, and I saw the responses. But I just recently found out my copy was having poblems playing certain chapters (I think like 13-16 or something), and the DVD has literally only been seen 3-4 times. (I got the original Spark copy btw when it first showed up on Indiaweekly.) Anyway, I was wondering if there was any new info on which copy doesn't have problems. But more so, has anyone contacted Indiaweekly or Spark to let 'em know about the disc rot? I don't really know how well either company works, but I would think that if they had integrity, and realized that so many people had problems with the disc, they would refund or replace, you know? Thanks.

Just imagine if they did that with all DVDs they sell, not just DCH - most DVDs will be getting sent back within a week :wotever:
