It's an old old news, but I didn't realize Company and Humraaz were declared flops (did't recover costs) and MYKSH super hit (made 2.5 times the cost).

Planet Bollywood lists Top earners of 2002.
http://www.planetbollywood.com/BoxOffic ... 005350.php

Interesting/ Surprising and notable Hits and Flops among top earners are:
(All figures in Indian Rupees)

Company Earnings = 11 Cost = 15 Loss = 4 crore

Humraaz Earnings = 15 Cost = 20 Loss = 5 crore

Haan Maine Bhi Pyar Kiya Earnings = 17 Cost = 14 Profit = 3 crore

MYKSH Earnings = 15 Cost = 6 Profit = 9 crore

AMALL Earnings = 18 Cost = 15 Profit = 3 crore

Right or wrong, these are the numbers ported and accepted in the trade. These numbers are taken from the link that I posted.

As per trade reports, most movies are losers, which I don't believe at all. Who will believe COMPANY didn't recover it's costs.
