Simran to quit films?

Simran's fans were in for a shock on April 24 as Tamil newspapers frontpaged a news report claiming that she was quitting films to get married to a pilot from Mumbai.

The rumours began when she withdrew from a Kannada film and returned the advance.

Simran's last movie Arasu, in which she co-starred with actor-politician Sarath Kumar, was released during the Tamil New Year.

The actress, who has been linked with actor Kamal Haasan, is yet to react to the story

Now hold a sec, isn't she married to Prabhdeva's brother? And I heard that her sister commited suicide a few months back.

The Jeans guy was Prashant. Prabhu Deva is an actor/choreographer. He was most recently in Agni Varsha.

yaar, dragun, aap bhi bas dragun hai, aishwarya's brother in jeans, some one told me was Prabhu deva's brother? who does not know, prabhu deva!! ha ha!!

I am talking about MAHADESH guy who does dinosaur tamasha!! :baaa:

I think Madhesh was played by Raju Sundaram, who was also a choreographer on the film.

"I am not getting married"

Simran refuses all rumours!

Ladies and Gentlemen, lets put an end to the raging debate that had been on for the past 72 hours- Simran's marriage.

Simran flatly denies these rumors. 'I don't intend to marry now', she says.

She had gone to Hyderabad for a Telugu film shoot. She said,

"I don't have any plans of getting married now."

"For the past five years, I have been hearing stories about my marriage. First, I felt bad about it. Now, I'm used to it. News has surfaced once again now. I shall continue to act. My fans love me. So, I shall continue acting."
