HOLLYWOOD CONSULTS GULSHAN GROVER

Gulshan Grover is called a bad guy of the Indian film industry. To act the bad guy's role is more difficult than that of a hero. The hero is worshipped, and the villain is hated. But the film critics know that the role of a villain is no less important to make the film a success. They appreciate and admire the villain if he plays his character well. Smashits had an encounter with Gulshan Grover. Some excerpts:

(OK might be a bit off topic) Gulshans acting really sucks big time. The only actors I have ever rated as villans were Amjad Khan as Gabar in Sholay and Amrish Puri for his numerous villan roles.

Gulshan Grover seems to me, to be more of a joker than a villain. When ever he plays the bad guy you just can't take him seriously. Even in his alternative films like Monsoon, Bawandar and Earth he doesn't appear convincing.
