for those who live in vancouver canada one of the raja cinemas has finally been renovated and opening this friday with zayad khans churaliya hai tumne and with a new dd5.1 sound system
by the way the website below shows the renovated theater but can anyone comment if the screen they show on their web is big like in english theaters or is it still like "the very small indian size screen like almost every indian theater has"

I haven't checked the Raja Cinema site yet. (Home connection is too slow).

DD 5.1 is a good thing.Toronto's Indian cinemas don't have that.

Screen Size: 15 ft x 30 ft will be nice. 35 mm screenings on super big screens make the picture grainy. For bigger screens you need 70 mm print which is almost never avail. Note that source is 35 mm. If the screen size is small, just sit closer to the screen. You will get the same thing as from a bigger screen and sitting farther.
