Neat for Eros, still not on par to Shemaroo

Hmmm, not sure from screenshots - Eros DVD looks sharper to me, and colours look more natural - but I haven't got my glasses on, so might be wrong!!!!

Shemaroo stands tall on it colours and Eros proberly for its sharpness. But if Eros went Anamorphic, then nothing to complain about

After looking at the above two sets of screens from EROS/SHEMAROO...I think I'd have to go with EROS for it's clarity and more natural hues/colours. Shemaroo is overly saturated...hard to tone that down. Yes, Shemaroo is ANAMORPHIC...which incidentally is its ONLY advantage over EROS.

I'm glad I finally got the EROS DVD9...

I honestly feel the Eros version is too dark but at the same time sharper. The sound on the Shemaroo version does sound pretty loud and crisp too.

Shemaroo - 2.25:1
Eros - 1.80:1

ok.... is it me or what? i got the EROS version in a 3 DVD value pack, it doesn't have subtitles and the sound is horrible, almost can't hear it...

i do agree that the print quality looks sharper on the Eros version...

is this how it is? or was it toned down for the value pack?
