it was only released by Video Sound...the other version sounds like a pirated version that someone put the ERO$ logo on.

Yes, I do like Progressive DVDs. It's not what I like, this is what it is supposed to be, for Film to NTSC transfer. All other, Film to NTSC, encodings are erroneous encodings.

BTW, is this the only VS version out, that there is, or you have to look for a rare batch??

I dont know yaar!! This was from rental disc, I dont know what does latest pressings from VS has! it might have already transformed to pseudo prog, I dont know..

I agree thats how DVDS should look like, along with OAR/Anamorphic enhanced, no pseudo sound..take a look at YATEEM, choda tabaq roshan hojatey haen..BEI r THE BEST IN BUISNESS!! Stay tuned!

Nope yaar! it is a rental copy on good genuine media before video sound went CRAPPY, Bought for a dear friend of mine!

As good as the video quality of this Video Sound DVD might be, if memory serves me right the sound was horrible. It was not even proper 5.1 sound I think. Can someone verify this?

Sanjay, as Arsh said, the above screen caps are from a rare batch from the old SD-VS association days.
Arsh can comment about the audio, but the PQ looks excellent to me. Moreover, it's a single layer and hence not prone to skipping. It's amazing what they can accomplish even in a single layer when they use Progressive encoding (Correction: Arsh mentioned in the following post, it's a dual layer disc). PQ looks at par with BMCM.

Sajay and rana ji!! This copy of TJCG, i posess, is 2 layers(not single) picture looks BEAUTIFUL, and SOUND is!!!!

Sound is!!! Oh! ho ho!! TRUE 5.1 DD, very very clean/Dynamic..

So so far 2 VS/SD dvds, 2 layers Prog with True DD 5.1 sound, I found are BICHOO and TJCG!

There are a few others, with EXCELLENT sound, 2 layers, SD/SOVEN..Champion..Pseudo prog? and ONE TWO KA FOUR..that had Pseudo 5.1 sound..and is not Prog either.

VS/SD KARTOOS..has VERY GOOD 5.1 sound but, Copy I saw was PSEUDO prog, ali reviewed it long time ago, confirmed pseudo prog?

VS/SD? ZAKHM, has Excellent PQ! as per ali's review too, per my OBSERVATION..pseudo prog with very very good looking picture, Still waiting, ali's confirmation, he reviewed in 1998, supposedly orig batch?

i think i'll buy this movie just for the music, and the superb subtitling ("you've a killer movement, and you've a killer pause") :laugh:
