Shemaroo version even if genuine will be Interlaced. Possibility exists that the Super Digital (if we can find it) version was Progressive.

JSK was released only by Video Sound after they split from Super Digital. I can double check it, but the quality simply sucks and the movie is cut :ffs: I believe I read this on Sunnys site once.

I will check it too. I think, I did find JSK songs in one of the VS-SD Songs DVDs (VS-6 pack) and were progressive. If someone has time to search, Arsh, Ganti and myself identified all the Prog/ Interlaced clips in VS-6Pk and other VS DVDs, in the Faroudja thread. Prog/ Interlaced ID was mentioned in some other threads as well near that time. It will be nice to put it togeter.

Any Volunteers??

Rana

Verified from my notes. VS-6 Pack's Super Hit Songs Vol 6 has SD disc where Jaanam Samjha Karo songs are Progressive.

So I'm certain, a VS-SD version of JSM existed, at one time, that was Progressive.

Here are some screen grabs...The grabs were taken in Force weave mode (I am learning SKNath :;): )...and when paused and steps were taken every 2 steps or so lines appeared but within the 2 steps action was smooth.

Does it mean this DVD is pseudo-progressive? SKnath/Rana/Ganti/Ali/Arsh ??

BTW ... DVD is by Video Sound authored by Dot Media

Wow UL... You da Man :D Just one request though.. Can you post the full size screen grabs and not reduce them to 50%. Would help keeping a few doubting Thomases at bay :D

Yeah this is (as Rana would say) pseudo-progressive, but again I will concur with Arsh ... this is super-duper shit...

If The videosound song pack has progressive versions of songs from this film, then there must have been a progressive version of this dvd also, possibly authored by Superdigital.

Maybe only the songs are available progressively, like with Jai Santoshi Maa.

The only thing I liked about this move was the song Sabki Baraatein Aayi - was this an original song, or did Anu Malik steal it from somewhere?
