Spark Worldwide have had Dil Hai Ke Manta Nahin re-certified in the UK - so there are chances of a possible re-release on DVD. Aashiqui has also been passed through the censors - looks like Spark might be obtaining the Vishesh Films catalogue.

Who is providing progressive transfers nowadays? Seeing as BEi haven't really released any new titles yet.
