KAANTE IS FINALLY OUT ON DVD...151 MIN WITH ENGLISH SUBTITLES WITH DIRECTOR'S COMMENTARY. ENGLISH, ARABIC, AND JAPANESE SUBTITLES. NOT MUCH SPECIAL FEATURES. BEHIND THE SCENES ARE INCLUDED TOO. QUITE FASCINATING.

The DVD of Elizabeth was released in 1999, but it isn't really an Indian film.
