CHORI CHORI ON ZEE TV!(Watch it FREE if u have Z)
Will the film premiere straight on television?

ZEE Cinema will be screening the Movie Premiere of the long delayed Ajay Devgan and Rani Mukherjee starrer Chori Chori, which was set for a cinema release last year. However, due to financial problems the film never saw the light of the day. The expectations for the film have been sky high amongst both Ajay and Rani fans, who have been left disappointed at constant delays in its big screen release. The ZEE Network has secured the rights to this film, which may even have its World Premiere on the network with a cinema release unlikely in the near future. Although a date has not yet been confirmed, reports suggest the film will screen in March 2003.

arsh bhai the promos of the film didnt look that bad.. i think the producer of the film died or something and it had financial problems and never got released....
ah well i can now hopefully watch it for free.... :-)

It's so sad, but, the producer did die, so it was hard to find distributors that would take up a film when the producer has passed away. And the distributors were trying to take up Devdas, and had a hard time with Kaante's delays.

Same reason why Chalo Ishq Ladaye didn't release in 2000/2001! The distributors just don't want to touch KKPK!

I will still see this film, many times, in the memory of the producer, and because I am a hardcore fan of Ajay Devgan and Rani Mukherjee. I'm also a fan of Sonali Bendre. I also think the music was one of the best of 2002. I've listened to it sooo much, and just finished listening to it. So sad that the film will have to be in this position.

What happened to the Akshay-Sonali starrer LOVE YOU HAMESHA wasn't that a Zee TV film. Has that been released

Not sure about that one, but it seems to be delayed indefinitely. Quite sad: the film took four years in the making, and then the music is almost two years old!

I didn't say that! It's just that it's sad enough that the producer died before these movies released. If I were producing a film, and I died before it even saw the day of light, or to see wot we've created, it would be sad.
